April 10, 2014 -it was noted via MRI that Lucy had both a "split" spinal cord and a tethered spinal cord; Spinal Cord Release Surgery- Hershey Medical; Dr. Mark S. Dias (neurosurgeon)
August 20, 2014 - Begin correction of Congenital Vertical Talus (start with castings) - Hershey Medical Center- Dr. Armstrong
September 03, 2014 - Casting discontinued with Dr. Armstrong at Hershey Med. Ctr.
October 15, 2014 - Begin (again) correction of CVT (congenital vertical talus)- Dr. Matthew Dobbs; St. Louis Children's Hospital, MO - evaluation and 1st casting
November 05, 2014 -last cast of the series put on right leg
November 11, 2014 - talus is correctly in horizontal position - surgery to put in "k-wire" (pin) to hold in place and tenotomy performed - Dr. Dobbs, St. Louis Children's Hospital - MO
December 22, 2014 - pin removal surgery - reported that right foot looks great - St. Louis Children's
March 18, 2015 - begin correction of knee contracture - ilizarov (external fixator) constructed and put on right leg - Dr. Harold vanBosse, Shriner's Hospital for Children - Philadelphia - PA
June 17, 2015 - removal of external fixator, hip release and full length cast put on - Dr. Harold vanBosse, Shriner's Children's Hospital, Philadelphia PA
October 04, 2015 - new "short" leg (below knee) AFO; scheduled to begin wearing AFO during day time hours - allowing knee to bend; KAFO (full length brace) worn overnight every night
March 02, 2016 - new AFO and KAFO braces
